Corks in very old wine bottles and spirits are porous and shrink. It can therefore occur in rare cases that escapes during transport some liquid or even slipping the cork into the bottle. Screw caps can leak.

Since such an occurrence is not insured, the risk for this lies with the buyer, unless there is explicit noted.

Furthermore we point out that over the years the liquid evaporates from the bottles. This is a normal process and can not be considered a defect liability until the level is at least 75%.
