I can't say for sure whether this is Atlantic Club Grasoli or ARS DONA.

PS: I have a brochure from Grasoli, there is not this picture in it, there is also a weather station shown,
as I have it, but without a watch. There it also says Atlantic Club Grasoli, but it is not in the brochure.
